Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy describes personal information connected with browsing the Schorr website and with a message you choose to start from a page on schorrclinicasa.online. The operating company is SCHORR CLINICA DE FISIOTERAPIA E REABILITACAO & CIA LTDA, identified on the About page, at Rua Frei Rogerio, 579, Centro, Porto União, SC, 89400-000, Brazil. The site publishes information about residential treatment settings. It does not open a patient chart, bill a health plan, or store a message on the server.
1. Who is responsible for this site
The company named on the About page is the operator of this website. A privacy question can be sent through the Contact page or by writing to [email protected] and marking the subject as a privacy request. Say which page or message you mean. An email provider, a browser, or a network operator handles its own systems under its own terms. This policy covers the Schorr site, not those other services.
2. Information you type into a form
The request form asks for your name, an email address, an optional telephone number, a city or area, and a message. Those values stay in your browser until you send the draft from your own email application. The website does not receive the form by itself and does not keep a copy of the draft. Do not put passwords, payment card numbers, full medical records, or identity documents into the message. If you write about another person, send only what you are entitled to share.
3. What an email draft does and does not do
Choosing the submit control builds a mailto link that includes the fields you filled in and opens your email application when the browser allows it. Nothing is delivered until you review that draft and send it. If the application does not open, the page tells you to write to [email protected] with the same details. A failed or unsent draft is not an enquiry the company has received. The company learns the contents only if the message actually arrives in that mailbox.
4. Pages, prices, and health-plan statements
The home page shows a monthly figure for a private room, converted to US dollars from a real amount of 800.00 Brazilian reais using the Central Bank of Brazil PTAX selling rate of 4.9892 dated 2026-10-09. The page also carries a statement that health-plan acceptance must be confirmed in writing. Those sentences are information published for comparison. They are not a bill, a coverage decision, or a reservation. Asking about them does not create a treatment contract.
5. Photographs and credits on the home page
Photographs on the home page carry visible credits, including Conscious Design, Roberto Nickson, and Dani Guitarra. They illustrate comfort, clinic settings, and leisure. They are not evidence of a particular building, bed, or staff roster at the registered address in Porto Uniao. The site does not ask you to upload a photograph. If a later email from you includes an image, that image travels only inside the message you send.
6. Browser storage, cookies, and measurement
This edition of the site does not set an analytics cookie, an advertising cookie, or a login session. Your browser may still store ordinary history, cache, and its own preferences. Closing a visual control on a page is not a consent record kept by Schorr. The site does not run a tag manager and does not embed a map, a video, or a social network feed that loads when the page opens. Links that used to leave the site now stay on a Schorr page.
7. Messages that mention health
A family may describe chemical dependence, alcohol use, or a mental health concern in order to ask which setting to discuss. That description can be sensitive. Send it only if you choose to, and only to the mailbox named on the site. The website does not diagnose, triage, or store a clinical file. If someone needs emergency care, use local emergency services rather than this form. The company does not promise a response time.
8. Who else may see a message you send
Until you send the draft, the text is on your device. After you send it, your email provider and the provider of [email protected] handle delivery under their own conditions. The company may later read the mailbox in order to answer. It does not sell enquiry text and does not pass the form to an advertising network, because the form never leaves your browser as a site submission. A person you copy on the email sees it because you added that person.
9. How long information is kept
The website itself has no enquiry database to retain or delete. Email that actually arrives is kept for as long as the mailbox is used to answer and to keep a record of what was asked, and then removed when it is no longer needed for that correspondence or for a legal obligation the company actually has. This policy does not invent a fixed number of months. You can ask what correspondence is still held by writing to the same mailbox.
10. Your requests and changes to this policy
You may ask for a copy of correspondence the company holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask the company to stop using a message for a new reply. Send that request to [email protected] and describe the message well enough to find it. The company will not pretend that a draft you never sent is on file. The date on this page is the current text. A later edit does not rewrite an email already exchanged. You may also use any privacy authority available under the law that applies to you.
